Key Responsibilities

  • •Option vehicles during assessments and update inventory accordingly.
  • •Capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation.
  • •Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, ensuring appraisal details are complete and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding support while maintaining a clean work area and following EH&S requirements.
