Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean assigned rooms or suites according to brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, organizing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • •Maintain cleaning protocols, empty and replace trash containers with clean liners, and restock guest supplies and amenities.
  • •Ensure proper collection and handling of trays, cups, and cutlery; keep entrances and corridors clean and vacuumed.
  • •Maintain linen closet and supply areas clean and organized; ensure laundry and dry-cleaning requests are handled promptly.
  • •Handle guest requests or complaints, apologize with empathy when needed, find solutions, escalate special situations or maintenance needs to a supervisor.
