  • •Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions aligned to company objectives and market opportunity.
  • •Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, making trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative value.
  • •Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction.
  • •Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely delivery of features.
  • •Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.
  • •6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line.
  • •5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security with direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
  • •Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments like Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • •Proven track record taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue; certifications like Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
