Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify transformation potentials, prioritise initiatives, and manage change management measures.
•Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
•Lead complex tasks and projects largely autonomously and escalate only when necessary.
•Oversee implementation of digital tools and process improvements, ensuring operational alignment, testing phases and sustainable usage.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives using data-driven analyses and link to key company KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
•PMP certification or equivalent qualifications are a plus
•6-8 years of relevant experience in leading transformation programs
•proven track record in steering complex transformation projects with high levels of autonomy
•experience in developing and mentoring staff and strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking
