Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of strategic, high-impact cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to launch.
  • •Lead complex, high-stakes technical programs within the DET domain, translating regulatory and compliance requirements into technical plans and execution.
  • •Drive strategy across multiple workstreams with autonomy, steady leadership through ambiguity, and improved program planning and delivery.
  • •Develop detailed plans with milestones and goals, identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth project launches.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Manager.
  • •B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent degree/experience).
  • •Experience delivering commercial software products and underlying infrastructure, including client-service architecture.
  • •Proven ability to communicate technical issues effectively to technical and non-technical partners.
  • •Ability to build and implement detailed agile plans that account for ambiguity, dependencies, and technical complexity.
