Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in R&D work to develop, reimagine, and launch innovations that improve consumer outcomes.
  • •Work on R&D co-op projects spanning areas such as product research, product formulation & design, and packaging & device development.
  • •Translate ideas, technologies, and concepts into process development and pilot plant operations for commercially feasible manufacturing.
  • •Develop new raw material technologies and support material performance and quality goals.
  • •Use modeling and simulation and/or data science/advanced analytics to drive insights and better decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •In progress toward a BS in a life or physical science field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical & Measurement Science, Microbiology, Packaging Science) or a related field.
  • •Interest in R&D co-op roles across engineering and science areas such as Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Data Science/Analytics, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics.
  • •Engineering experience with design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • •3D CAD design proficiency.
  • •Preferred programming experience using languages such as C and C++ and/or experience with MCU software development.
