University of Cincinnati R&D Engineer Co-op

Join an R&D co-op at P&G (for University of Cincinnati students in 2028/2029) and help create new innovations that improve consumer lives. You’ll work on hands-on projects across R&D areas such as product research, formulation/design, packaging and device development, process/pilot plant operations, material development, modeling and simulation, and data science/analytics. The co-op runs 12–24 weeks with mentoring and project ownership from day one.
