Job Summary

Operate forklifts and front end loaders to safely move product into inventory, stock production lines with raw materials, and support proper rotation and placement of finished goods. Ensure products are correctly labeled and packaged for inventory, verify packaged quantities and quality standards, and load trucks for delivery with safe, adequate packaging and pallets. Complete daily inspection paperwork and follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate forklifts safely to move product into inventory and onto/off trucks.
•Operate loaders to keep the production line stocked with raw materials.
•Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods and proper labeling/packaging for inventory.
•Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality meets standards.
•Load trucks for delivery, verify packaging/pallet safety for shipment, and complete daily equipment inspection paperwork.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience.
•Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

•Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
•Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding units of measure.
