Job Summary

Lead the TikTok Monetization Products data science team to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth through rigorous, data-driven decision making. Tackle complex, non-routine analytical problems using advanced methods, build and prototype scalable analytics pipelines, and develop TikTok-specific data structures and metrics. Manage and mentor data scientists and analysts while partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data engineering to deliver measurements, testing, and modeling efforts at scale.

•Develop deep knowledge of TikTok data structures and metrics, advocating for changes needed for product development.

•Many years of experience in data science, algorithmic engineering, or machine learning.

•Experience with statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB) and database languages (SQL).
•Experience building data science models such as Regression, Decision Trees, and K-Means.
