  • •Lead the buy process from concept to completion, partnering in product development and implementing regional merchandising strategies and financial planning.
  • •Manage OTB and SKU lifecycle, including forecast accuracy, reforecasting, product flow, and inventory management adjustments.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, eCom, Product Knowledge, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and Field Team) and lead a team of 4 to executional excellence across milestones.
