Key Responsibilities

•Own Omnea's field presence across North America, with events as the primary lever (trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, roadshows, and regional programmes)
•Plan and execute events end-to-end with pre/during/post motions that convert attendance into pipeline
•Build the playbook for how Omnea shows up in the US market, including which events are worth sponsoring
•Travel regularly to industry events across North America and to our London HQ to stay connected with marketing/product teams
•Measure pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and conversion, using data to optimize approach

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field marketing experience OR any experience in planning events or projects alongside a fast-paced and demanding role
•Events are your craft; you can plan & execute events and create memorable experiences that generate pipeline
•Proven track record of delivering results, ideally in pipeline generation
•Experience working with sales teams and understanding how they operate, including pipeline reviews
•Legally authorised to work in the United States without restriction
