Seeking a tech-enabled Income Auditor to drive revenue integrity across Front Office, F&B, and nightlife operations in a luxury hospitality group. The role combines traditional revenue audit with data analytics, automation, and AI tools to identify leakages, automate reporting, and transform audit into a data-driven business partner, with impact on revenue growth and cost control.

Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Revenue Audit & Controls: Perform end-to-end audit of revenue streams across Front Office, F&B, and Nightlife/Events; ensure revenues are accurately recorded, billed, and reported; identify revenue leakages and implement preventive controls; strengthen audit SOPs and compliance across departments.
•Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop dynamic dashboards using Power BI for daily revenue tracking, exception reporting, and outlet performance analysis; automate reporting to reduce manual work and increase accuracy; provide actionable insights to operations and leadership.
•Automation & AI Integration: Design and implement automation workflows (Excel, Power Query, scripts); leverage AI tools for anomaly detection, transaction analysis, and predictive revenue trends to reduce dependence on manual processes.
•Operational Partnership: Work closely with Front Office, F&B, and Nightlife teams; conduct spot checks and process reviews; support operations in improving revenue capture and minimizing losses.
•Systems & Process Improvement: Ensure proper use and integration of PMS systems, POS, and OTA platforms; identify gaps and recommend system/process improvements; lead digital transformation initiatives within income audit.

Key Requirements

•4-5 years experience in Income Audit / Revenue Audit in hospitality
•Strong exposure to Front Office operations, F&B operations, and nightlife/events (highly preferred)
•Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling
•Strong Power BI experience for dashboards and automation
•Familiarity with Micros POS, PMS systems, SAP and OTA platforms
