Vendor co-ordinator

Provide entry-level managed services to keep client IT infrastructure and systems running smoothly. Monitor environments, investigate and resolve first-line incidents, and follow approved procedures for requests. Execute maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes, manage smooth shift handovers, and escalate when needed. Identify optimization opportunities (reducing incidents, automation, process improvements), and update/share knowledge to continuously improve service quality.
