Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans across project stages.
  • •Monitor project expenditures and alignment with approved budgets; conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering.
  • •Prepare BOQs and tender documentation; evaluate contractor/supplier bids and support procurement and contract negotiations.
  • •Assist with contract administration, including contract compliance, payment application review, and interim payment certification.
  • •Track costs, commitments, and forecasts; produce monthly commercial reports and cost performance updates; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
  • •Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or real estate projects.
  • •Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, AIQS, CIOB, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
