Own end-to-end enablement for hiring managers and interviewers while leading the implementation of AI-powered solutions across talent acquisition workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Own hiring manager and interviewer enablement end-to-end.
•Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered solutions and programs across TA workflows from scoping through piloting, launch, and iteration.
•Own the employee referral program and redesign it to activate the existing employee network as a high-quality talent source.
•Design, launch, and scale TA enablement programs, recruiter skill development, tooling onboarding, and documentation.
•Pilot and scale AI-assisted recruiting approaches (job description writing, candidate screening support, interviewer prep, and communication drafting), define KPIs, and ensure responsible AI use with Legal, Compliance, and IT.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 179,000 annually

•Ability to craft effective prompts and understand how LLMs work well enough to teach others and quality-check outputs.
•Comfort working hands-on with AI tools and real data (e.g., an ATS and tooling stack) to make outcomes visible.
•Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and understanding the recruiter workflow.
