Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and manage proposal components including services/materials, buyouts, pricing, payment terms, cash flow analysis, and commercial compliance.
  • •Provide support for commercial proposal strategy to mitigate project commercial risk exposure and promote scope/profitability growth.
  • •Coordinate proposal narrative content by managing clarifications and assumptions and ensuring information is properly presented to bound scope and supply requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Technical, Legal, Procurement, other Emerson divisions, and Technical Writers to ensure proposal submission documentation is complete.
  • •Maintain proposal processes and tools by owning estimating-tool information, generating and disseminating proposal data, updating project/reference databases, and identifying best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
  • •At least 3 years of experience coordinating and managing the technical and/or commercial aspects of proposals (or closely related experience).
  • •Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledgeable in control and PLC/DCS, 3rd party integration, applications, and interfaces.
  • •Strong working command of English (at least B2 Upper Intermediate).
