Job Summary

Build and scale a partner marketing program by developing joint GTM plans with OEM and ecosystem partners, creating partner-facing enablement and campaign assets, and coordinating co-sell motions across Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing. You’ll also support field event execution tied to ABM and enterprise pipeline generation, including logistics and ROI reporting. Help operationalize AWS Marketplace presence and manage MDF-funded partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute joint GTM plans with OEM partners each quarter, aligned to priorities and resourcing.
•Build and maintain partner enablement assets (resource hub, messaging guides, FAQs, campaign assets, and partner-facing collateral).
•Create and manage partner marketing deliverables (launch kits, solution briefs, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and co-marketing materials).
•Operationalize partner marketing workflows and frameworks, including AWS Marketplace presence (listings, co-sell readiness, MDF coordination, and GTM collaboration).
•Support regional field events tied to ABM and enterprise pipeline generation, including logistics, attendee management, and event ROI reporting.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 125,000

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including partner/alliance/ecosystem/channel and/or field marketing.
•Experience building or supporting partner co-marketing programs (joint campaigns, enablement content, partner events, marketplace listings, MDF, GTM launches).
•Familiarity with OEM, integration, cloud, or technology partner ecosystems; AWS partner programs experience preferred.
•Hands-on familiarity with AWS Marketplace programs, MDF processes, and co-sell motions preferred.
•Strong project management, communication, and data-driven skills, plus ability to track partner/field KPIs and influence pipeline.
