Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across all systems and components.
  • •Troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate resolution efforts to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
  • •Lead and support the resolution of critical technical incidents effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • •Provide expertise during incident response and conduct operational reviews to ensure thorough analysis and effective resolution.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain alerts, runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to enhance fault detection and operational visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • •Hands-on experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • •Strong expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching; CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS).
