Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee contract employees who process transactions in an acquisition’s source system (if applicable) and calibrate ongoing OM support for legacy systems and workflows.
  • •Lead standardization efforts for acquisition order management processes under Adobe-owned roles and define integration strategies to migrate to Adobe order management systems and processes.
  • •Execute integration strategies for acquired companies, including onboarding to new systems, maintaining business continuity, and completing customer, financial, product, and user data migrations.
  • •Serve as the order management domain expert across multi-functional integration activities such as fit-gap analysis, integration requirements documentation, Project Plan Commit (PPC), development walkthroughs, and testing.
  • •Ensure compliance with SOX controls and provide issue support and automation proposals, including drafting control narratives, partnering with auditors, and coordinating resolution across teams.

Salary: USD 75,500 - 174,400 annually

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with several years in revenue operations, order management, business operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing or coordinating the work of contractors, vendors, or outsourced teams.
  • •Working knowledge of order-to-cash or order management systems and processes.
  • •Experience participating in multi-functional projects involving systems integration, testing, or data migration.
