Lead the Reporting and Notifications product strategy for a Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best provider in Texas. Own the customer experience end to end by defining success metrics and using data to drive improvements. Manage go-to-market planning, pricing, client acquisition support, and cross-functional execution with credit, risk, compliance, and legal. Monitor competitive offerings and regulatory changes while partnering with product teams across commercial online banking capabilities.
