Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a First Officer on the Airbus A220 fleet for National Jet Systems.
  • •Work across the Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane bases.
  • •Support the flight crew training and promotion approach referenced for the A220 program.
  • •Execute duties in accordance with required aviation qualifications, medical standards, and compliance expectations (including security and drug/alcohol testing requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 500 hours flight time in a fixed wing aircraft, plus at least one: 200 hours in command of a multi engine aircraft (excluding PICUS), or 200 hours in command of a turbine powered fixed wing aircraft, or 200 hours on multi-crew aircraft certified for two pilots.
  • •CASA ATPL (A) or CASA CPL(A) with passes in all Australian ATPL theory subjects (or CPL with MCC course completion certificate or equivalent).
  • •Multi Engine Aeroplane class rating and Multi Engine Aeroplane instrument rating with IAP 2D and IAP 3D.
  • •CASA Class 1 medical certificate and English Language Proficiency Level 6.
  • •Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card, be willing and able to pass drug and alcohol testing, and have Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia/New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship.
