Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize unit processes to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced NAND part types.
  • •Quantify benefits of innovative process/equipment solutions to enable early experimentation and process margin improvement.
  • •Prioritize and drive key technology issues for Wet Etch in Singapore; troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams.
  • •Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins and test manufacturability for next-node solutions.
  • •Serve as a technical expert, lead innovation projects (including patents/technical papers), and provide counsel to management on significant technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • •Deep understanding of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport.
  • •2-3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment/process development (preferable).
  • •Understanding of general memory processing steps and process flow for planar and vertical NAND (advanced NAND focus).
  • •Working knowledge of data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
