•Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to become active users of FreshaPay.

•Ensure outstanding customer experience through video call meetings and consultative techniques, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams.

Key Requirements

•More than 1 year of previous experience as an Account Manager.
•Ability to adapt and achieve targets.
•Experience using and analyzing data and reports to improve performance.
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and Spanish (and can present in Greek AND Spanish OR Italian OR Portuguese via Google Meet).
•Proactive, inquisitive, with strong ability to build client relationships and a positive “can-do” attitude.
