Lead environmental, safety, and health programs in support of Arnold Air Force Base, ensuring contract, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and federal/state/Air Force compliance. Manage self-inspections, support audits/inspections, coordinate corrective actions, and serve as the primary customer and regulatory point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct supervision, leadership, and guidance to personnel supporting environmental, safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and natural resource programs.
•Assign work, establish priorities, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely completion of contract requirements.
•Interpret contract requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to develop procedures, schedules, and training plans for compliance.
•Oversee environmental compliance, pollution prevention, hazardous material and hazardous waste management, industrial hygiene, natural resources, and ground safety programs.
•Manage the branch self-inspection program, support inspections/audits/no-notice evaluations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented for deficiencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,075 - 132,766

•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
•Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
