Job Summary

Ensure materials are safely and accurately stored and deployed to installers by managing warehouse layout, material movement, and inventory accuracy. Operate a forklift for receiving and put-away, process inventory transactions in Oracle ERP, and maintain auditable shipping/receiving records. Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks, pull and stage job kits for install schedules, and coordinate with field Electrification Operations and the Service Team for returns and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an organized, standard warehouse layout and manage all material movement while ensuring safety and security of inventory and equipment.
•Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Use Oracle ERP transactions to receive, stock, issue, and return material to vendors.
•Drive inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks while maintaining auditable shipping/receiving records.
•Stage job kits and deliver materials for installation schedules; support drop shipping and returns processing with partners and the Service Team.

Key Requirements

•Warehouse Management Software (WMS) experience; Oracle experience preferred.
•Operate a forklift for warehouse receiving and put-away tasks.
•Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
•Follow safety policies and procedures, identify and report safety hazards, and promote a safety-first culture.
•Work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with others to reach shared goals.
