Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the on-site point of contact for facility maintenance, repairs, and safety needs at assigned auction locations.
  • •Manage and execute day-to-day work orders through Service Channel with timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • •Perform minor repairs and maintenance to property, buildings, and equipment; escalate complex or high-cost repairs to the Facilities Team Lead.
  • •Monitor facility conditions daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and auction standards.
  • •Coordinate with approved vendors/contractors and maintain key/access/security information for assigned facilities.

Key Requirements
