•Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservations system and communicate guest preferences to service and kitchen teams.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort restaurant environment.
•Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards is essential.
•Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a high-profile, diverse clientele.
•Dynamic team player with a commitment to delivering high-level guest service and creating a welcoming first impression.
•Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in an additional language is highly regarded.
