SOC Engineer (Managed SOC)

Design, implement, and continuously optimize ZainTECH’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) platforms to support secure, scalable security monitoring for enterprise and government customers across MENA. Build and maintain SIEM/SOAR capabilities, develop and tune detection content with MITRE ATT&CK mapping, integrate security technologies and new log sources, and automate investigations via SOAR playbooks. Provide incident support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous SOC improvement through engineering best practices.
