Deliver training and product demonstrations, monitor customer health via regular check-ins, and support at-risk customers by troubleshooting issues and mitigating risk. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product, identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell), and represent customer needs internally.
