Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while meeting individual and store sales goals through cross-selling and personalized recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
