Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments (LVIAs) as a Landscape Planner or Architect.
  • •Lead on design projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments through all LI/RIBA stages, generally in a BIM Level 2 environment.
  • •Support the development of client relationships in public and private sectors and assist in bids for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Manage and delegate project work to junior team members and guide them through project milestones.
  • •Serve in client-facing roles, providing design advice, leading workshops and stakeholder events, and contributing to multi-disciplinary groups promoting innovation and excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
  • •Postgraduate Diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
  • •Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
  • •Established track record delivering landscape and urban design projects from site analysis to planning/construction.
  • •Technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite.
