Coordinate collateral exception activities for a portfolio of residential and consumer real-estate secured loans. Review property inspection and collateral-risk items, handle assignments through department workflows, and manage REO-related processes including refresh appraisals, charge-off/write-down recommendations, and debt collection calls and written communications. Pay property expenses, coordinate approved repairs and utilities/insurance, and produce REO monthly reporting using required systems of record.
