Job Summary

Lead GenAI solution delivery end-to-end, serving as the primary technical SME for building, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models across client use cases. Hands-on engineering of GenAI applications using frameworks and agentic AI, while defining best practices, standards, and reusable templates. Present and demo GenAI capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and troubleshooting for complex integrations across backend systems and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build GenAI applications using GenAI models and frameworks, staying completely hands-on throughout delivery.
•Act as the primary technical expert/SME for GenAI, enhancing client GenAI footprint by developing and optimizing AI models and solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship, driving innovation and ensuring successful integration of AI technologies.
•Define best practices, standards, and templates for AI solutions across client engagements.
•Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations; evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies and troubleshoot complex platform integration issues.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
•Expertise in NLP/NLU/NLQ/NLG technologies and familiarity with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings).
•Core Python expertise to build enterprise-scale GenAI applications and production-grade projects on agentic AI frameworks.
•Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Google ADK or Langraph.
•Strong experience architecting GenAI applications on GCP (primarily), plus solid API integration, backend systems, and data flow understanding.
