Key Responsibilities

  • •Map the current GTM Comp operating model within 90 days and publish a roadmap for evolving the function as GTM grows.
  • •Introduce AI quick wins to triage inbound questions, help reps estimate payouts, flag discrepancies across systems, and automate comp-calendar reminders.
  • •Build a planning-cycle framework that clarifies design inputs, trade-offs, decision rights, and timelines across GTM, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
  • •Provide board-level updates with reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, systems quality, and key design decisions.
  • •Lead initiative to translate business priorities into clear, accurate, scalable comp programs with senior GTM leaders, including the Head of Sales and geo leaders.

Salary: USD 230,000 - 257,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated judgment balancing Finance discipline with GTM effectiveness to protect accuracy and controls while supporting the selling motion.
  • •Strong financial modeling and data fluency to translate complex plan mechanics into analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
  • •Experience leading transformative operational projects from design through rollout, especially with cross-functional alignment and change management.
  • •Track record building and maintaining sustainable quarterly operating cadences with clear calendars, communications frameworks, and repeatable review moments, ideally at a public company.
  • •AI-fluent operating style, using AI to improve decision quality, automate checks, identify data discrepancies, and build self-serve workflows; Everstage experience is a plus.
