Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Product Industrialization team as a hands-on manager, balancing people leadership with daily operations and key projects.
  • •Drive product industrialization from concept to commercialization, including recipe reviews, pilot trials, scale-up activities, and first production batches.
  • •Serve as a technical expert and project leader, guiding site-level technical and process improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead post-launch reviews to identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance through continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with Product Creators and R&D teams to optimize formulations and ensure a strong Design for Manufacturing approach while ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent complex manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the food ingredients/flavors, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
  • •Experience managing and leading technical teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product scale-up, and industrialization (SAP knowledge, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma certification are strong assets).
  • •Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts.
