Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts across warehouse and kitchen processes, including safety/cleanliness, quality, training, and accountability for inventory and assets.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating when issues arise, and supporting smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through the shift by ensuring safe, productive work and acting as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example to maintain a positive and safe environment.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve operations, quality, and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Able to be on your feet, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation; can operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; college diploma is a plus.
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, with flexibility to work different shifts each week.
