Key Responsibilities

  • •Support site surveys and investigations and review site surveys.
  • •Collect and analyze project data (climate, meteorology, soil, water sources, local species, natural hazards) and identify key design constraints and challenges.
  • •Develop and refine landscape design options from conceptual through detailed, tender, and IFC phases, coordinating with other design disciplines.
  • •Prepare data collection reports highlighting collected and missing information, and produce design drawings/graphical materials as needed.
  • •Develop landscape tendering documents in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying Department, including final specifications, palettes, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture; Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture preferred.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in landscaping design in an engineering consultancy or boutique landscaping firm.
  • •Exposure to conceptual landscape planning and ecosystem management, with sustainability concepts and global best practices.
  • •Good knowledge of horticulture and irrigation, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion; certifications like LEED/SITES are an advantage.
