Construction Project Manager

Manage the end-to-end administration and delivery of a construction project, establishing objectives and policies while ensuring execution aligns with design, budget, and schedule. Lead change control and coordinate commercial meetings, drive monthly valuations and milestone-based payment validation, and review cost/time impacts of change orders. Oversee daily on-site construction operations, manage resources, enforce regulatory and safety compliance, and serve as the primary interface across contractors and stakeholders.
