Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day project activities within the electrical scope and resources to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • •Apply electrical project management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • •Collaborate with site Safety leadership to support a proactive safety culture and maintain transparency on safety systems, performance, and lessons learned.
  • •Conduct site visits to monitor progress, review completed work against approved drawings/specifications, and ensure work proceeds in a good and workmanlike manner.
  • •Review change orders and monthly reports; review engineering/contractor proposals and contract drawings/specifications; conduct meetings and prepare minutes; develop progress reports and project documentation using project management software.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in construction in a related industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or related electrical experience.
  • •Understanding of contract documents, specifications, project plans, and related project documentation.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam/Adobe, OneNote, and construction project management software.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and analytic skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
