Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as build plan owner by writing work instructions and providing hands-on assistance on the shop floor.
  • •Collect and analyze data to recommend product or process improvements aligned to business objectives.
  • •Develop manufacturing concepts, strategies, and tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
  • •Provide line-side support for operations, including troubleshooting of airplane systems.
  • •Coordinate improvements in engineering designs and manufacturing processes, and create/approve supporting documentation and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant aviation experience.
  • •Comfort working in ship-side support/rapid reaction force roles to support aircraft build.
  • •Ability to write and interpret aircraft work instructions and complete a cohesive, correct and complete build plan using people, parts, processes, tools, and designs.
  • •Experience running improvement projects in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
  • •Willingness and ability to work 1st or 2nd shift (any shift requirement).
