Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with international teams and engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
•Support cross-functional teams to develop a 360° view of the business and gain exposure to business processes.
•Measure and analyze key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Assist in operations management by maintaining updated documentation of processes and assets.
•Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in digital innovation projects, including learning technical aspects of machinery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, or business-related fields.
•Possess at least a basic understanding of Power BI principles.
•Maintain a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
•Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
•Be able to legally work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.
