Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with international teams and engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • •Support cross-functional teams to develop a 360° view of the business and gain exposure to business processes.
  • •Measure and analyze key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • •Assist in operations management by maintaining updated documentation of processes and assets.
  • •Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in digital innovation projects, including learning technical aspects of machinery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, or business-related fields.
  • •Possess at least a basic understanding of Power BI principles.
  • •Maintain a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
  • •Be able to legally work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.
