Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and adjust aviation hull and third-party aircraft property damage claims, evaluating coverage issues and reserving levels.
  • •Negotiate and resolve first-party hull and third-party aviation property damage claims, ensuring settlements follow guidelines within authority limits.
  • •Select and direct independent external service providers (e.g., lawyers, independent adjusters, experts) and coordinate referrals and compliance documentation.
  • •Support acquisition and retention of business by liaising with underwriters on market management initiatives and attending industry functions.
