Sr. Avionics Development Technician

Build and assemble avionics hardware for launch vehicles and defense systems, including PCB assembly/rework, electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, cable and wire harnesses, and final vehicle integration. Operate automated equipment and perform functional testing using instrumentation, report generation, and teardown. Document anomalies, support process development for first-time production, and mentor junior avionics technicians in a high-paced clean-room environment.
