Key Responsibilities

  • •Own responsibility for pain indication annual professional marketing goals, strategy, and budget including HCP media budget.
  • •Plan annual activities (conferences, HCP fairs, and local meetings) aligned with brand strategy.
  • •Partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive Reckitt values and ensure effective execution.
  • •Deliver well-timed sales materials and claims, adapting global content for local needs and target groups, and support omnichannel activation.
  • •Co-manage multiple agencies for HCP communication, identify the right media channels, and optimize KPIs to measure impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a Master’s degree; minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2–3 years in medical marketing of professional relations, preferably for OTC products (or equivalent RX, medical devices, or healthcare agency experience).
  • •Native German or C1 level, and English minimum B2.
  • •Experience in OTC advertising.
  • •Nice to have experience in areas such as sore throat, analgesics, heartburn, and indigestion.
