Store Manager

Lead day-to-day store operations while driving retail KPIs, including sales and cost targets. Manage inventory and days of stock, control shrinkage, and ensure compliance with SOPs such as expiry management, price updates, and back-end documents. Oversee staff deployment, supervision, training, and roster/leave planning. Maintain store standards (cleanliness, merchandise display, planograms) and use floor reports to implement corrective actions for KPI improvement.
