Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/participate in internal brainstorming to identify potential risks in the review scope during pre-planning.
  • •Prepare control checklists for regulated and unregulated functions.
  • •Define test scripts, coordinate with Analytics/Engineering teams to execute, and evaluate outcomes with the lead.
  • •Lead process walkthroughs with business stakeholders, document risks and controls, and ensure strict adherence to Compliance Testing and Monitoring methodology.
  • •Deliver review workpapers on time per SLAs, document findings clearly, engage senior heads on control design/scoping, and drive initiatives to scale compliance testing capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of audit, compliance testing, or monitoring experience.
  • •Background in compliance assurance, preferably in financial services (banks, NBFC, fintech) or experience leading audits/examinations/compliance reviews focused on controls testing.
  • •Strong understanding of regulations applicable in India and Asia Pacific.
  • •Detail-oriented with analytical and communication skills, including the ability to manage escalations and partner with senior business leaders.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English; report writing with minimal supervision; have an audit and/or relevant industry qualification or a university degree (e.g., CIA, CRCMP).
