  • •Leading multiple teams of engineers, ranging from graduates to seniors.
  • •Developing and evangelizing great engineering practices and processes in the teams.

  • •Identifying and measuring indicators of team health, and take action where needed.
  • •Being accountable for the product development roadmaps in the teams.
