Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on safety, production impact, equipment criticality, and available resources.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical leadership for maintenance employees, supporting shift handoffs and effective assignment or coordination of work as directed.
  • •Lead complex electrical/mechanical troubleshooting across CNC equipment alarm codes, machine faults, controllers/PLCs, process and motor controls, automation equipment, robotic welding systems, and cranes/hoists.
  • •Lay out, install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment using prints, schematics, manuals, diagnostic tools, and established troubleshooting methods.
  • •Coordinate maintenance with production, engineering, SHEQ, vendors, and contractors; support installations and reliability projects; perform root-cause analysis and drive completion of corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Associate degree in electrical, electronics, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • •Current and valid Minnesota Class A Journeyman electrician certificate/license, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competency is preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years maintaining progressive industrial electrical/mechanical equipment with success troubleshooting complex production equipment.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with low-voltage electrical maintenance.
