•Follow costing process and timeline to deliver round cost submissions accurately and on time with T1 partners.
•Review CBD of NPI styles to propose cost reductions or escalate cost issues to relevant teams during development, finalizing costs timely.
•Negotiate pricing with T1 and T2 to meet margin objectives and consolidate cost information to support costing model setup.
•Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities using commodity price tracking and labor wage data for annual cost adjustments.
•Coordinate cross-functional costing reviews and update supplier quotes, material contents, and costing reports (including VA/E&O and price discrepancy checks).

Key Requirements

•College education or above
•6+ years of costing experience in the footwear industry
•Excellent English (written and oral)
•Strong price negotiation skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
