Job Summary

Prototype and deliver AI-enabled customer solutions on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform as part of the Value Engineering team. Partner with strategic enterprise customers to discover AI strategies, translate business needs into solution fit, and build in-platform prototypes using SQL, PQL, and Python. Present and demo value to executives, execute proof projects, and drive adoption to realize measurable ROI for AI deployments at scale.

•Perform AI discovery and solutioning by understanding customers’ AI strategy and translating requirements into innovative solutions.
•Rapidly prototype for customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
•Execute proof-of-value projects end to end to demonstrate Celonis Process Intelligence tailored to customers and aligned with their AI strategy.
•Present and demonstrate business impact to senior executives and support successful implementation, adoption, and value realization.
•Contribute to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence by creating reusable collateral, best practices, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
•Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
•Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools/technologies.
•Fluency in German and English (must) and strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
