Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop an AI use case to transform technical specifications, integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into the documentation lifecycle.
  • •Oversee the transition to centralized “documentation as code,” using Generative AI to automate generation, validation, and accessibility.
  • •Drive migration of legacy manuals into structured, AI-ready data formats with centralized intake/processing standards and automated validation.
  • •Partner with the Network Policy team to translate evolving regulations into queryable, AI-ready technical standards.
  • •Provide consultative leadership to product teams and lead people development focused on technical excellence, process optimization, and AI literacy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,900 - 187,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of People Management experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in Process Management, Technical Documentation, or Product Operations within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • •2+ years of modern documentation frameworks with Artificial Intelligence / Large Language integration in an enterprise environment.
